Terms & Conditions All bookings are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions:- Check-in is from 5.00pm. Rooms to be vacated by 10.00am the following day unless otherwise agreed. Bookings may be secured by credit/debit card or cheque posted to our home address. Cheques made payable to "The Dairy Bed & Breakfast" and sent to The Dairy, Sibleys Green, Thaxted, Dunmow, Essex CM6 2NU We reserve the right to charge a 3% surcharge for CREDIT CARD payments to go towards our costs in offering this facilty. There is NO CHARGE for DEBIT CARDS. Booking and Cancellation Policy Multiple bookings (ie. more than one room, or more than one night) 50% non refundable deposit required. All other bookings:- Cancellation up to 5.00pm of the day preceeding arrival: NO CHARGE. Cancellation AFTER 5.00pm of the day preceeding arrival or alternatively the customer fails to arrive with no notification whatsoever, the full fee will be charged. SMOKERS PLEASE NOTE We have a ZERO tolerance to smoking in our home. Guests found smoking in our home will be asked to leave immeadiately and will not receive a refund. Guests wishing to smoke are welcome to smoke outside in our garden.
